Terms of Service

By ordering a commission you agree to these terms whether or not you have read them. If you disagree with any of these terms do not order a commission.I WILL NOT DRAW:- Explicit or suggestive/NSFW 18+ themes involving minors/characters of questionable age (including characters from shows, games or books).- Themes involving self-harm or depictions of real life crime cases/criminals.- Trypophobic themes/images.

Contact & Process- All inquiries and orders must be done via one of these methods: Twitter DM (@Lurkwoods), Discord DM (Lurrrk) or email ([email protected]). You must include the word 'Commission' in your subject if contacting via email. Though, be aware, I do not check my email often so if you don't get a response, one of the other two ways should work!- Please use the format shown on my price section.- You must provide at least one visual reference for any character(s) included in a piece. Exceptions can be made for a written description of a very simple character (less than three colors/unique markings). Visual references include but are not limited to: A drawn character reference sheet, mood boards, pinterest boards or other similar image compilations, your own quick sketches/doodles, etc.- Progress is recorded/archived on my Trello. I will always provide you with a link to your trello card!- Once your commission is accepted, you will receive a sketch to make changes and/or additions to before completion (does not apply to sketch commissions). Additional progress shots can/will be provided along the way as well; if you want to see progress at any point please don't hesitate to ask!- It can take 4 - 10 weeks to complete a commission; varying based on type and how quick commissioners get back to me/make revisions/etc.- Minor revisions can be made after your commission is complete (i.e. missing marking, color change).
Payment & Refunds- ALL payments are in USD via link or invoice; you must be willing and able to provide your email for an invoice.- Invoices must be paid within 48 hours of receiving, after 48 hours the invoice will be cancelled and your slot will be voided.
Additional Fees- Complex characters are +$10 to the base price. This fee includes things like: armor, multiple wings, heads, tails, multi-layered coloring/markings. If you're not sure, feel free to ask!- Small props (items that would weigh 5lbs or less; plants, a ball, a phone, a drink etc.) are free. Large props such as instruments, furniture or multi-part props are +$10 to the base price. Acceptable large props include but are not limited to: a chair/seat, large potted plant, hand-held instrument (guitar, brass instrument, etc.), many pillows/large plush toys and similar sized or themed objects.
Refunds- Refunds are only available for 30 days after payment is confirmed. Any non-completed commission is eligible for a full refund.- Commissions that are past the sketching stage are eligible for a half refund (sketch - line art).- Commissions that are completed or near completion are not eligible for a refund of any kind.- Non-completed sale offers are only eligible for half refunds regardless of progress.

Usage Permissions- DO NOT re-post any commissioned work to websites that I do not have an account/profile on without explicit permission from me. If you would like me to post your commission to a specific site please let me know.- You may re-post, with credit, your commission to these sites only: twitter (@Lurkwoods), FurAffinity (@strawbvrries), Toyhou.se (Lurkwoods). I post most if not all my commission work on twitter and tumblr, so please keep an eye out for those posts before re-posting on your own!- You may use your commissioned piece as: personal phone/computer wallpaper(s); social media icons; Tumblr, DeviantArt and FurAffinity profile flair; personal discord icons, banners, stickers and/or emojis.- You may NOT re-sell commissioned artwork or produce products with the intent to sell or make profit off of. Including but not limited to: stickers, pins, prints, NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens) and similar or other crypto currency related activities.

Icon

A closeup head shot of your character, cropped to fit into a circle or square shape. Can include shading and/or decorations, usually on a flat background.

A neck/shoulders up drawing of your character with minimal shading. With a solid color and/or transparent background. Can include decorations like stars, hearts, glitter etc.

A full colored, full or mostly full body illustration of your character(s) with minimal shading; can include props. With a solid color and/or transparent background.
